Shipping

Production time may vary between 1 to 10 days and this does not include shipping time. 

 

Each piece is carefully handcrafted and inspected before it is shipped out.

A shipping notification will be emailed to you once we are ready to ship your purchase.  

All items are shipped through Canada Post.

 Canada: 2-8 business days
 US: 5-10 business days
 International: 7-14 business days

Shipping times are in addition to the Production times. We are not responsible for duties that maybe applied in your receiving countries. Delays due to duties, are not calculated in the shipping days.

Tracked deliveries are available with expedited shipping at checkout for an additional fee.

Please contact us before ordering if you need your items by a specific date.  

Please let us know if your purchase is for a special occasion and 
we can work with you to have the deliveries for your special day.

Orders will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout, please ensure you provide the correct mailing address. Items shipped to an incorrect address you have provided, will not be refunded.
